4. Payments & Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a service fee.
Returned checks, declined cards, or chargebacks may result in additional charges.
5. Liability & Limitations
Claremore is not liable for:
Damages resulting from pre-existing HVAC issues or electrical faults
Delays due to weather, access restrictions, or acts of God
Damages caused by equipment not serviced or installed by our technicians
System inefficiencies caused by neglect or lack of maintenance
Clients are responsible for disclosing any fragile areas, special access conditions, or restrictions before service.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, service descriptions, images, and marketing materials are the property of AirWoRx Solutions LLC
They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
